By using AstroChart you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
You must be 18 or over. Where the law permits a younger person to use the service, it must be with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
The service
AstroChart offers Vedic astrology calculations: kundli, kundli matching, daily horoscope and Panchang, with saved history. Features may change over time.
Not professional advice
Astrology is for guidance and reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Please do not rely on AstroChart for decisions about health, money, relationships or safety. Matching scores and suggestions are traditional interpretations. They are not predictions or guarantees.
Accuracy
Calculations follow standard sidereal and Lahiri methods. Results depend on the accuracy of the birth details and place you enter. We test against reference ephemeris data, but we do not guarantee results or that the service is free of errors.
Accounts and guests
If you create an account, give accurate information and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
If you use the app as a guest, your data is tied to your install. You can delete your account in the app.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- use AstroChart for anything unlawful;
- enter another person’s details without the right to do so;
- scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service;
- try to access other people’s data or get around limits.
Your content and licence
You keep ownership of what you enter. You give Panicle Tech Private Limited a limited licence to store and process it in order to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
Our intellectual property
The app, its design, text and the ColadAI and AstroChart brands belong to Panicle Tech Private Limited or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app.
Availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change or suspend it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law permits, Panicle Tech Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we tell you about a change and you keep using AstroChart, that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in India that have jurisdiction will hear any dispute.
