When you write in, it helps to include:

• the email you signed up with, if you have an account;
• your phone model and whether it runs Android or iOS;
• the AstroChart app version;
• what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
• a screenshot, if you can.

Please do not send your password. We will never ask for it.

Your data and account

In the app you can delete a chart, delete a match, and delete your account (in Profile). For anything else, such as a request to access, correct or erase your data, write to support@coladai.com. Read the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how long we keep it, and the Terms of Use for the rules of the service.
